APM 3.1 + Differential trust

I am new in boat building. I am building 2 motor boat and planning to use it with APM 3.1 and staring will be with differential trust. Can any one give to me any informations how to make my boat to run?

    @Alexus,

    Please define what you mean by APM3.1. The last APM2.x was 2.8 I believe.
