I went to Mot_Spin_Armed and set it to 0. When I arm and flipped my assigned safety switch on the TX to"On", all four motors will spin. After raising the throttle, and lowering it back to zero, I may have three out of the four motors continue to spin.
Note: This is my second drone that I have built, so I'm not sure what I am doing differently this time.

Okay, the motors are all working now. No twitching.
I had to set the THR_MIN from 130 to 150.
I should add, sometimes when I arm the hexacopter, only two or three motors will rotate. The other motor/s will "twitch". Also, the problem is only on the 3 and 2 motors (left side, looking from the top view of the copter.
- Need some help.
