Apm 2.6 motors won't spin up full throttle

I've had this Tarot 960 quad flying for over 6 months.  Put a new GPS mast on and now props will only give it about 25% at full throttle.  I hooked up to mission planner during the down time and may have screwed some parameter but I don't think so.

After I put the mast on I reset all parameters and recalibrated everything on the initial install list except for frame type.  I also reset all PIDs back to proper settings.  Min throttle is 100, max is 1000.  All throttle parameters look fine.  Hover throttle is 425(it is a little overpowered but flys great).  I have taken it apart and checked all voltages and connections and all is good

I can calibrate the escs individually and the motors spin fine and work perfect, so the escs are fine and the motors are fine.  When I go thru the APM it will arm but I can't get more than 25~30% at full throttle.  I am on mission planner 1.3.41 and 3.2.1.

What am I missing?

  • Check THR_MAX parameter.  It is supposed to be set to 1000 (100%) and I bet its set to 80 (8%)...
