ArduCopter flight modes

Hello Folks

I am a newbee to the whole drone thing, I am present building a quad X config. and require some assistance with setting up the various flight modes on my Walkera Devo 12 s with the RX1202 reciever.

Has anyone out there used this radio, if so please help.
