I'm a bit sad. I just lost my lovely quad, my digital camera and CL antenna...See below:
Chronology:
Yesterday afternoon my lovely quad just crash.
I make a loiter mode after a minute take off. I move slowly rudder and camera to record the video. Suddenly my quad fall down.
On the ground, I found 1 propeller detach with prop holder broken and some of motor still spinning. Immediately I disconnect the main battery.
Analysis:

From the flash log I found my Baro alt not going down at the end (refer below picture). Seem like my quad still on the air.
Guys, I need your opinion what is the root cause for this crash??
I think there are 2 possibility:
1. My prop holder broken on the air and it make quad fall down
2. Flight control (APM) going crazy due to some reason

If it was the prop holder, you'd surely expect to see the log record the fall; so I think you lost power first, breaking the prop off last. Unlikely the controller 'went mad', expect it lost contact with something or shorted - how's the battery?
do you always had your RAW log on ?
