sonar connecting to mission planner

hi , i have connected my sonar MB1260 to apm2.6 . however , the distance change is not accurate in mission planner . what can i do ? do i need a code to allow the sonar to display accurate distance ? if yes , where can i find the code ? please help . thank you

    Hello Velonica,

    I'm not 100% sure this applies to the sensor you're using, but there are settings to adjust the scale, offset, and gain of sonar sensors.

    Also check out this video for some information regarding sonar setup with APM: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CPxMgzNjj0w. This applies to a different sonar module but should be applicable to your MaxBotix.

      hi , i had follow all the step show in the wiki line and the youtube channel , but my sonar still unable to display correct distance in mission planner . what can i do ?
