Drone flying to non visible point
Hi there,I encountered a problem, while flying in auto mode, with approching to point that was not set by trajectory and is not visible after downloading mission from flight controller by Mission Planner. Does anybody encountered similar problem. The situation is that in the middle flight I stopped the UAV and uploaded new mission and after changing to auto mode it starts to fly in some direction. Adil: Set one of your toggle switch modes to Loiter. Wait for GPS lock, then fly and switch into Loiter at the position you want to hold.

Can somebody help me step by step on how to set the gps hold. Thank you in advance.
Is it important to mount the board directly in the center of a quad frame or can it be slightly off to the side. I would like to mount mine about 2 or 3cm off center.
Tom: that just means that your throttle is reversed on your RC transmitter (maybe you've switched to another model memory?). Switch it and go through the MP radio setup again.

i receive my ArduCopter Quad v1.1 RTF - i m locking for some one can help me how to fly i have JR-PCM9X but there is no program with this remote only i find :

is there information available on the lift characteristics of the arducopter propellers? I am looking for information to use in a theoretical calculation where i am able to relate lift to rpm.

I'm sure Chris will have opinion, but since he's not a lawyer, he'll probably not want to give us a legal opinion. The laws are simply not caught up with the technology yet, and if we all operate our Arducopters responsibly, there will be no need for any government to have to pass laws to limit our use of them.
