Roo's Rover build

Hi all here is my rover build as promised. The equipment for this build so far is as follows:

From hobbypartz.com:

1       UBEC-5A-HV (High Voltage Ultimate BEC)
1       FS-TH9X 2.4GHz 9CH Transmitter - RC Helicopters/ Airplanes Transmitter Receiver
4       GENS ACE 2500mah 3S1P   98P-25C-2500-3S1P     11.1V 25C Lipo battery

From Bestbuy:
1      Go Pro HD cam (version 1) (with too many dang accessories)

From activepowersports.com

1      Traxxas - 3602 1/10 Grinder Monster Truck RTR - TRA3602

From DIYDrones:

1       Full ArduPilot Mega 1 Kit
1       HMC5883L - Triple Axis Magnetometer

The current mounting platform base:

Tamiya universal plate (210x160mm)  - 70172
Tamiya universal plate (150x60mm)    - 70157

The transmitter/receiver has been modified with new firmware.

    @Roo,

    What GPS are you using? I have found the LEA-6 and the new MediaTek V2.0 to be higly accurate! However a compass, like you have, is a must to provide straight line paths from waypoint to waypoint. I found that the new HMC5883L calibrates better than the older HMC5843-TR.
