@Austin,
First off, I recommend that you do not energize the ESC until after the APM has booted up.
Have you verified in the MP Radio Calibration that the Roll (Aileron Input) bar is centered when the aileron joystick is centered?
Have you calibrated the radio in the CLI after doing a soft reset followed by a hard reset in the CLI? Remember to give the APM time to format the Flash EEPROM.
Are you powering the APM with the PM and have removed J1 to split the power buses and are powering the servo with the ESC BEC?
What version of the MP are you using? The latest MP does not work well with pre-HAL ArduRover2 code. I was using MP 1.2.13 with the ArduRover 2.20b code.
