Switching from Pocket Drone -> Iris. Good choice?

New to DIYDrones. I have a few points I would love to discuss.I am planning on ordering the whole enchilada. Iris, gimbal, extras, and GoPro Black.Does anyone know how long this back order is going to be? Won't hold you to it, but would love to get an idea of how long I am going to wait.I am planning to pull out of the Pocket Drone kickstarter and put my $$$ on the Iris. Is this the smart move?Also, any Austinights going to be flying theirs thus weekend at the long center?Thank you for any inputJohn

    My IRIS has shipped. Was only a couple business days. So excitied to get this hardware. Tired of using my weak AR Drone.

      Haha. Yeah, I've been looking forward to it getting here. I got an email saying it would be here Thursday. I ordered 3 more batteries and the connectors in anticipation for its arrival.

      I have been really happy with this equipment.  I don't think you will be dissappointed.  Everyone always asks me "WHAT IS THAT??"  Phantom DJI pilots I've met try to act like it doesn't exist.
