Guy's I had MVS loaded and it was working. I had a system crash and had to reinstall it and now the Visual Micro has an error on start-up.
"There was an error loading the Arduino addin. Please report this to http://www.visualmicro.com
Could not load type "Visual.Micro.Processing.Sketch, Version=35.1.4435.40502, Culture=netural, PublicKeyToken=null'."
I'm using the same MVS 2010 Ultimate but the Visual Micro and the Arduino IDE have both moved up a notch. Any ideas?

Try re-installing Visual Micro plugin and see if it works. It worked for a couple of other bugs I had previously with Visual Studio 2010 Ultimate.
I don't have much experience of people running on non microsoft windows systems. Out of interest, is MVS running on linux or a mac?
A couple of users have reported this problem and it was usually fixed by running the install again. However, there have been some version updates to the Visual Studio plugin which will help resolve or provide better information about the problem.
Please click the downloads tab on http://visualmicro.codeplex.com and run the install of version 1208.19. Before the install it is a good idea to uninstall the previous version of the "Visual Micro for Arduino" program in "Windows>Control Panel>Add/Remove Programs"
tip: It doesn't matter if you have already upgraded and have probelms. You can "add/remove" uninstall anytime, then run the install again.
After installing visual micro, if you still have problems, then please let me know the dates and times of the dlls in the visual micro program folder. If you don't know where the folder is located then you can see the location in visual studio, tools>options>visual micro>version>assembly.
Have you tried kicking off VS as administrator yet to get the addin loaded? (right-click and "run as administrator")
