"okk best of luck....., while enabling pre arm chk make sure all of your sensors are working and calibrated properly.... otherwise apm will oppose the copter to arm"

"you must wait for some time to lock gps... if GPS is locked u can see blue light of APM become solid..."

"I had the same prob like you(EAST was WEST and vice versa) and loiter was highly unstable.....So while calibrating I use ROTATION_NONE . After doing this I found the compass gauge gives the proper direction. Now my RTH and loiter is ok"

"finally got it..... If you use EO-6M Ublox u-blox GPS Module with on-board compass HMC5883l (compass) (mag) module with APM 2.5+ (in my case apm 2.6). calibrate the compus by selecting manual and the orientation should be ROTATION_NONE...otherwise…"
