i just crashed and i dont know why... need help please...

yesterday i was flying my quadcopter in fpv when suddently crashed just going straight foward... like a plane on landing.

i was flying in alt-hold mode at about 9/10 meters, the firmware is 3.0.1 modified for hott telemetry, no problem before..
