I have an OctaQuad with an APM1, 880kv motors with 12x4.5 props, Sonar, OptiFlow, GPS, XBee, FrSky Telemetry Connected with PPM, 5.8Ghz Video TX for FPV + 1.2Ghz Video TX for Pan Tilt Zoom Camera gimbal. Flown with Eurgle 9x radio with Frsky Mods and running ER9x firmware and Antenna tracking with ArduStation-ii.

the standard screen was hard to read, matte protector made it easy.

"have you set the voltages in the planner? sometimes it takes a few goes hitting enter and clicking in other boxes to get the voltages saved."
"i too am very interested in this, would be neat to set up a helipad at the RTL site with the IR leds. when the RTL is triggered the quad comes hone and loiters in the area till it locks onto the helipad. then orientate itself and land.
