I started with Planes back around 2002 by 2004 I had already attached a primitive FPV system that had about 300m safe transmition. in about 2008 the heli bug hit me. starting with mirco 4ch now I am flying 6ch 450s. I have been interested in quads ever since I can remember them appearing online but only just recently have I purchased a basic quad 360 starter kit.
Please tell us a bit about your UAV interest
i tried the APM 2.5 with gps in my rc plane. Sabilize, loiter and RTH tested all fine. due to limited open space i really want to get the APM in a quad so i don't need to travel so far. so my 1st project begins (profile picture shows the current state of my build.)
