I dont have here the boat to point you the slew rate parameter but I'm quite sure it is at the end of the aadvanced parameters in MP, try to search around "R" voices.

I think that reverse settings is applied after conversion of the Cruise parameters in ms , that means that if the throttle is normal in MP a value over 50 is FW, if reverse checkbox in MP is enabled a value under 50 is FW, basically mirrored.…"

I Follow this steps to find the right setup for steering/throttle with JLN FW 2.20
1) in MP perform Radio calibration even if you notice something reversed.
