First diy cruise missile built and flown in 2002 from diy store materials. Ivolved in small jet turbine engine design for commercial company in mid 1990,s for model and uav market.

"A proper dispatch server with gps position monitoring should be used. Salesforce is Not the tool for that job. It is what the sales manager uses to guage business, it should receive reports from the dispatch server and customer log ins."

"I strongly suggest people use an independent failsafe system that you can trigger. Not that the APM has any issues, just to ensure a last resort recovery. Common sense needs to be applied."

"I agree, reduncy is just that dual or triple redundent systems. I believe the additional sensor is for "sensor fusion". This does allow overdetermined nav solutions, a form of redundency...."
