"I am currently building a hat for the raspberry pi zero with an NV08C-CSM and transceiver. Running RTKLib this should have sub 10cm accuracy. Currently waiting for first three prototype boards. Will post on DIY drones if it works."

"I know its not as cool as the total esc solution. I think for people without the capable esc's can tap off a phase gate signal and feed it into a low pass filter. This should give a nice analog signal and will also only require a single wire per esc."

"It should be possible to reverse the rotation of the motor by switching 2 of the gate phases in software."
