I have finished building up my x quad up to an x8 coax configuration. I found the diagram for wiring the motors as per the Wiki for APM 2, and have double checked the actual motor wiring by listening for the esc beep as I disconnected the motors 1 b
OK so I have had tons of issues w xbee telemetry... I just updated via usb, disconnected the battery, reconnected and now I get mavlink no connection via xbees.
Nothing changed with regards to hardware at all. Actually had 4 great flights earlier.
Xbees are configured, talking fine via x-ctu. Re did my wiring again taking out osd and connecting directly. I get the following SEE SCREENSHOT. FTDI cable direct to xbee and usb to xbee rx -nothing, fine when connected x bee via usb. WTF?
Once again everything was working great, I woke up this morning and tried to connect via xbee, unlike normal "no heartbeats error, I am getting a "get param list Retry 3 sys1 comp 1".
It is connecting and mavlink is showing up just fine on OSD. Anyon
Anyone have an easy way to reinforce GPS on apm 2.0? I ask because when I was flying my quad at the local golf course (nice soft grasss to crash on:), I did a hard bank and the velco star gave and my battery popped loose ( new strapping coming now)..
