About Me:

Been in the RC Plane hobby for 30 years. Loved to build and rarely had time to fly due the production of it all. Love my Tri-Copter because I can test it right outside my front door and fly it at the park 3 min from the house.

Please tell us a bit about your UAV interest

I'm new to these, but I built a Fortis Tri-Copter after watching the guys at FlightTest.com. I got the vision for aerial videography. I'm working up to FPV.

James Lander replied to Larry A Amati's discussion taranis & x8r setting failsafe for signal loss
"This is a solution, but probably not the best.  If, for some reason your receiver shorts out or becomes unplugged, this method won't work.  It is better to use the No-Pulse method found here:

James Lander replied to bblatter's discussion Unsteady alt-hold
"Here is something obvious, but did you cover your barometer with a small piece of cotton or foam?  It is very sensitive to wind and also light."
