Retired guard officer and aerospace engineer. I live on the coast just south of Savannah, GA and was involved in military support to civil authorities missions for twenty years. I co-authored the hurricane response plan for the Georgia Guard. Thirty+ years experience as a design / stability and control engineer for military & commercial aircraft.
