I want to build/crowdsource an open source solar powered airship/aerostat design - optimally scalable to allow heavy payload transport and eventually passengers, moving towards emissions free air transportation, travel and communications platforms for the whole world. A hydrogen powered rigid airship of sufficient scale could allow for point-to-point transport at speeds competitive with standard shipping.
