I'm a pilot and a Java developer, and have a passion for hydrogen fuel cell technology. I'm building a hydrogen powered UAV demonstrator to prove hydrogen as a viable fuel for aviation. Later on I wish to build a manned version.

An ajustable voltage regulator allows you to use resistors to "adjust" the voltage to whatever you like, and no, 5.5 or 5.6 volts will do no harm to your Arduino.
