Any one know how to request for a RMA?

Hi guys, any one know how to request for a RMA rather than by writing to help@3drobotics.com? I wrote to them a while ago hoping for a solution for the following problem but they are not responding. Cheers.

APM2.0 output power rail stopped working

Hi,

All of the sudden, the output power rail on my APM stopped supplying power to the board. An electronician friend had a quick look for me and now the board can only be powerd by the input rail, with the jumper1 taken out. Another thing is my APM2.0
