I fly a simple mission But the real flight path is

It is not flying away, since its always come back, but always taking strange route to get to way point.

All logs are in here Logs.

I'm using Mission planner 1.2.99, Arduplane v3.0.1.

Since my 5th and 6th channel is just 2 position switch, I use Stabilize and Manual on channel 5.

When flying auto, the plane is going around but not directly go to the way points.
