Since 3 years I study the possibilities to harness High Altitude Wind Energy (HAWE) where winds are more regular and powerful,by using an Airborne Wind Energy System (AWES) which is a kite carrying a turbine and flying crosswind to increase swept area.For it an automated system with sensors is needed.So UAV and AWES are linked.
