I couldn't figure out what steadxp is doing. There is very little info there.

"the original command that I gave you has bitrate very very low. I think I missed a zero. its only 2mbps. I think I wanted to write 20mbps. A 10mbps value should be a decent compromise between quality and bandwidth."
