"Ok so I got it sorted, I uninstalled MP and re-installed it, a bit long winded but it worked, maybe the newer updated MP has a small bug that will affect other people...perhaps a dev could look into it?"

I am hoping someone can help me, setting up my quad copter I try to do the acell calibration after doing the compass calibration, but the MP flicks through the process without any pauses to move the copter/board to the correct positions. So it fails…
