"Today I removed everything and the board from the quad. Nothing plugged in except usb. Still didn't work so I started exploring prearm checks in the parameters list. Saw that all was selected so I unchecked that. Got flashing yellow. Put back in…"

Steve Williams replied to Steve Williams's discussion Pixhawk stuck initializing forever
"Tried 4 cables and reset to no effect.

I did remove evrything except the usb and it started in initialization and then went to flashing yellow. I think tha means some prearm siutuation occurs.

Need to zero in.

i…"

Steve Williams replied to Bob's discussion No RC Receiver message
"I have had this problem for a long time now. I don't understand why the message says "No RC Receiver" as a result of whatever test it makes. The receiver is there if an arm was attempted resulting in this message. What test failed? A better message…"

Steve Williams replied to Bryan Nichols's discussion DISARMED FAILSAFE NO RC RECEIVER
"No but I haven't been working on it. I did have a crash which may have damaged something but that error message doesn't make sense since it doesn't appear until I use the radio to arm. I'll give it another try but I have other apms which I could…"

Steve Williams replied to Bryan Nichols's discussion DISARMED FAILSAFE NO RC RECEIVER
"Anybody understand the No RC receiver message when the radio is clearly send signals to the APM (the arming was triggered by the radio sticks so how can there be no receiver?)"

Steve Williams replied to Steve Williams's discussion Green vs red shield board
"Figured out, though it is not said anywhere, that the 3 pin jumper assumes that you will solder half of a three wire female servo extension in the pc board rather than a two pin header. Then the included 3 wire jumper male plugs into the 3 wire…"

I have the green board so the photos on preparing hardware don't align with this board.1. Where does the 1-pin power pin for the telemetry go. Perhaps in the "5V" hole near the upper right corner?2. Where does the reset switch go? Probably across…
