problem with throttle when ESCs are connected in parallel... please help me out

I'm Working on a BICOPTER ...

Being a newbie, i was confused about servo mixing, but thanks to V-TAIL mode in my FLYSKY FS-T6... its done!

But, when it comes to the ESCs connected in parallel to single throttle, everything went fine upto half throttle.
