I am a junior at a 4 year college studying mechanical engineering. Just recently got into quadcopters with a gift from my mother. she had bought me the ar drone 2.0 and i loved it immediately but soon started to realize that this was more of a toy than a hobby. so some friends directed me to this website and i've loved it ever since.

Please tell us a bit about your UAV interest

I want to be able to build my own. pretty straight forward lol. i have found a couple of kits that i'm ready to order i just want to be able to talk to people about what all i will need to make the uav do what i want it to do and how to put together everything properly.
