"I'm currently offline for a rebuild; the airframe is a skywalker (6 foot foam pusher).  I'm migrating APM from the old APM 2.6 legacy hardware to a Beaglebone blue.  Quite a learning curve!"

"Heya Jerry,

You're probably right.  I'm up in Minnesota.  The more I look around, the more obvious it gets that brute force will have to do. It's a shame that this route eliminates much of the intelligence that the APM team wrote in for this very…"

"I see this thread is almost 5 years old... has anyone else made progress on this? I'd like to use my S9 as a camera, but I'd like it to receive commands from APM, probably via an app. This doesn't seem so exotic an idea now, but I can't find much…"

Hi folks,I'm trying to download the logs from the flash on the APM 2 (v2.73) using the CLI tool in Terminal...it doesn't seem to be possible.I've tried the sequences below, but they all seem to be inhibited by the incredibly long connection process…

Hi folks, I had to buy a skywalker 1900 after I stuffed my original 1500 into some trees.  Does anyone have a good, solid param file for their 1900 that wouldn't mind sharing?  This would be tremendously helpful :)spag

I just have the pilot camera feed recorded on my laptop.  Not enough $ for an HD camera!"

"I know this one's a puzzler, but doesn't anyone else have this in operation on their plane?"

Hi everyone!During Loiter, my throttle oscillates rather consistantly.  The tuning graph suggests that APM is responding to airspeed (as opposed to altitude) because of the frequency of the oscillations and how it relates to my target alt.If there…

spagoziak replied to spagoziak's discussion FBW_A and Stabilize don't agree on Level [solved]
"I've figured this out.
It seems that using manual level does not update the offsets for both fbw and stabilize; just stab is kept current. If you allow the plane to level everything at boot, both modes will agree.
I discovered this after the problem…"

"Is there no other APM2 user who has or has had this issue?  Is there an expert who can shed light on how the feature works internally?  Perhaps there is a thing that needs to be cleared, or... some other such thing?  "

Hi folks,On the bench: When FBW_A is enabled, all control surfaces level off when I tip the plane 20 degrees up and roll it about 30 degrees right.  When stabilize is enabled, all surfaces are level when the plane is level. In the past, I've seen…
