Hi Ryan , i really love your work..have been looking at it for abt 2 weeks and figuring out on how to do it. i was just wondering if you could share a building information? =) the front part is my fav of the whole plane. i do have CNC machine with me as well.
I designed it on a piece of paper then in Solidworks. Then I had the plug machined from a block of foam. After lots of sandind and painting, I made the moulds. Then I made the parts out of Carbon Fibre and after more sanding and painting you have this.
Have you got any build information?
Like materials, perhaps design method or anything like that.
I would love to know as I am a firm believer in doing things custom but although my DIY skills arent bad my confidence in my wing aerodynamics maths is low :D
