Hey sciFly, did you implement the pan&tilt with Xbees and Nunchuck? Which Xbee did you use? Did you use a spare arduino board?
I do not know what you mean by digital gear? other sensors? Not for now but I'd like to experiment with sonic sensor for automated landing approach.
You should address this question to Jordi Munoz and Chris. If I'm correct, they also wanted to have ArduPilot on the Multiplex Funjet, which uses elevons. I have no experience with that. I'm only going to add a V-tail mixer on a spare RC channel and after ArduPilot's aileron output for setting ailerons lower for landing.
