  • Same question is there any support yet for HIL simulation in APM Planner 2? I had several issue when trying to use HIL simulation in QGroundControl so I went back to Mission Planner to run HIL

  • Great work!  Does it support HIL with X-Plane 10 ??

  • Thanks Bill. That is what I downloaded but then quickly realized that it might not support video on the HUD. Any idea if / when this will be implemented? I only use it for FPV so video on HUD is a must. Otherwise it looks great and was nice not having to boot up Fusion to run the PC version.

@Greg: Sorry it requires the QUAD to use the MAVLink protocol. Horizon Hoby are using there own protocol for GCS.

  • Hello Bill
I would like to find out if this program would be compatible with the Blade 350 QX RTF from Horizon.
    Thanks Greg

In the Installation instructions.rtf in the .dmg it explains how to open a non signed binary

NOTE: When installing on OSX you will need to, once installed, open the app by overriding gatekeeper protection

see http://support.apple.com/kb/PH11437 for OSX Mountain Lion 10.8

see http://support.apple.com/kb/PH14370 for OSX Mavericks 10.9

  • Otherwise go to System Settings, Security and check the bottom option and choose from Anywhere.

  • Just chose option "open with" - tap two fingers on touch pad - and later you can open in the standard way.

  • @ jaceheli

    How do you solved it?

  • Good old Mavericks
