Hello everyone,
a year and a half ago came Multipilot 1.0 an inertial platform for applications and semi-professional hobby. After the excellent results obtained from the marketing of these cards, and participation in development projects as open source and Aeroquad Arducopter and 'born www.virtualrobotix.com community.
Today our community is proud to present the evolution of our project: Multipilot 2.0 ST.
Stay tuned :
This is the Official thread : http://www.virtualrobotix.com/forum/topics/multipilot-20-ap32-buildingThe characteristics of Multipilot 2.0 are:

@Randy
Yes will be compatible with OilPan sensor board. There're a lot of work on library and code but i think that when all work will be done , our platform will be more stable and powerfull until 24x respect of standard arduino mega board. I recive the first pre production board release alfa next week . This board will be available for Dev Core Team before to be sell for the other customers.I'm working on Team now ... I think that i open the enrolment before end of month.
@Michael
Yes is a big improvment . In my professional work i start to work with arm platform 5 years ago . I start to develop my first Multicopter platform with Ted in Aeroquad project using 8 bit Arduino based board 2 years ago. Then i join Arducopter project when Jani ask me if i was interested ... Now After 1 year of work on arducopter i think that we need more power on our micro so I develop this beautiful 32 bit arm board , for our advanced project:)
@johann,
I'm no expert on this board but I don't think a chip replacement will be possible. Still, it's suppose to be compatible with the existing oilpan...the oilpan is actually the more expensive part of the set-up.
-Randy
any idea of the pricing?
I would like to upgrade to this one :D
Roberto,
Great that it works with the existing oilpan.
Of course I imagine there's a lot fo work to get it all working using arduino and the existing libraries but any idea how long it will be until they're for sale?
-Randy
If yes, could you please tell me the library items for the miniUSB connector and the right angle pin headers?
I just finished a pcb and I like to make a nice rendering too, unfortunately I can't find the above parts with the proper 3D links, so these parts and a microSD card connector are missing from my rendering...
Nice Robero
seems like a big improvement
Thanks to Sandro for this beautifull Render :)
An example of using OilPan on Multipilot 2.0 / Ardupilot32 . A Perfect Arducopter Pro Update.
