hmmm . I see this would need a coaxial heli swash plate as how I see it. it could use a FBL system. but the CG is got to be lower as usual to make it work.
Here's an articulated head one, top rotor does the tilt, I expect both help contain the yaw.
The designer of the Aesir project is a member here I will let him chip in if he feels like it but they had forward flight at speed issues.

I hereby challenge you to incorporate this into a Star Wars: Empire Strikes Back probe droid shell.
If you had the motor rod mounted to another ring that rotated 90 deg to the motor rod you could have x,y and z control. Similar to gyroscope rings.
Articulated head, not the two standard props as shown in the design......
