Drone hacking tonight at Ace Monster Toys hackerspace in Oakland

Please join me and other Bay Area UAV fans for a "drone hacking night" at the Ace Monster Toys hackerspace in Oakland. It will start at 7:00pm at the space at 6050 Lowell Street, Oakland. It's free!

I'll bring ArduCopters and ArduPlanes and am happy to help anyone with their own setups. Bring whatcha got!

I will be there. The website of this place says that it is open for visitors only on Thursdays. I really hope that they let me in as I will be driving all the way from Santa Clara.

Thanks to all who came out. The highlight was seeing Jack's amazing monocopter flying autonomously. I hadn't realized it, but the secret to the autonomy is the robot camera on the ground that tracks it with a two-axis gimbal it as it flies. Here's a picture of that:

Jack has put so much in that project! video anyone of it flying (not from the camera control point of view) ?
