I'm not too sure but it may be an antenna of some sort. This park used to be a military base before the gov turned it over to the city if Seattle. I'm using a 3DR quad frame with a quadframe us landing gear to mount stuff to.

Is that a weather radar antenna at min 1:45? Or a water tower?
