    Simon,

It might be an optical illusion, but it seems like three of your props are attached for clockwise (#3, #1, #2) and one for counter-clockwise (#4). I realize they are only dropped in place, and are not fixed, and I'm sure you are on top of this, but for other readers who might be looking for this type of detail in these photos, please be sure to read about prop direction and motor direction in the manual. Or you might follow in the footsteps of so many other brave quad builders, and experience that "full speed first flight flip."

  • where to buy?

Is the middle frame made by drawing?

    Thanks

    Nice work

@Thomas: great tip! Especially for folks who might later dole out the extra cash for carbon fiber and laser cutting.

  • Hi Simon,

    Only one small hint,

Your centerplate is fixed with metall bolts, I would recomment to use platic bolts for the outer 4 bolts as "predetermined breaking point". This really helps to protect the centerplate for breaking !

    I tested both concepts ;)

    best
