We have designed new full SPI IMU board for UAV or other projects. Board have this sensors

MPU6000     3x Axis accelerometer sensor and 3x Axis gyroscope sensors SPI

HMC5983L    Triple Axis Magnetometer SPI interface

MS5611       Barometric Pressure Sensor SPI interface

MAX7Q        GPS receiver (Avail. UART interface) avail also MAX-M5Q GPS, Glonass module

  • Build in ultra low noise linear LDO voltage regulator for sensosrs
  • Build in ultra low noise linear LDO voltage regulator for GPS module
  • Build-in on board filters, which reduce noise from motor and other high current electronics
  • All sensors connected to SPI bus
  • Uart interface for the GPS receiver
  • UF.L Antenna connector for GPS antenna
  • Battery for HOT module start
  • I2C eeprom memory on board for GPS settings save inside in the module (can save setings without battery)

  • This board have SPI data from sensors and you can connect this board to your MCU. I try AHRS in this video

  • Nice work CSGShop, tell us about which MCU do you have? And I would like to know about your base firmware, which AHRS or fusion sensors algorithm are you using DCM, Kalman? SPI ouputs includes Raw data and AHRS Quaternion?

  • This board designed for small Hammond ABS case and use double sided foam tape for fixing.

  • Very nice IMU board, looks like it might work very nicely with Beagle Bone Black via SPI.

    A few mounting holes might have been nice.

  • It is missing holes, or second contacts row, to assemble it on a main board.

  • What is the compatibility of this board? I guess this board works with APM 2.x, right? Does this board works with Linux embedded board (e.g. Beagle Bone Black)?

    Nice board.

    Now if it had a tight coupled Kalman filter to merge all that data on-board it would be astonishing.
