I use Mach3....it is quite flexible and powerful, with a very large community of users....

What CNC software do you use? I am currently building a desktop CNC. I am trying EMC2, it's free.

Can easily be modified to anything, and to any size you want.....I usually import the .dxf into solidworks, I scale, and off I go.. :-)

Not at the moment...doing some revisions to the frame, and it is taking me longer than expected.....
