Check out the new upgraded Hover! The #1 app for drone enthusiasts. We've just added flight logs, and have improved our news feed, timer, and no-fly zone maps! Let me know what you think, we'd love to get your feedback!
@Dave, thats a very good idea! We'll add that to our list of next features we might include in the app. No promises, but I really like where you're going in regards to the educational piece.
I would be willing to pay for the app as is, however if you were to create add ons that included guides such as "The Naza Pocket Guide" or APM/ Pixhawk equivalents. Basically a cheat sheet on how to set prop direction for each multirotor type, LED legend, CSC stick commands etc..
I would pay again for guides on building different types of multirotors or programming transmitters, tuning gimbals, setting up FPV systems.
The information is already on the net, however if it was all available within your app then you would be my one stop destination for quite literally everything. I already use Hover for checking flight conditions as well as checking current drone related news, so I'd love to see you guys delve into the educational or reference side of the hobby a bit more .
Thank you for the positive feedback, its always appreciated! We're glad you like the product, and encourage you to contact us with any ideas! We'd also love to hear what features you think you'd be willing to pay for!
One of the best things you can do to any logging software is have bar code scanning. I bar code everything so that it makes it easy to enter the info and there are no mistakes.

@Greg, that's a fantastic suggestion! We hadn't though of that before.
@DaveSmith, Great to hear the maps are accurate! :)
