You cannot make such helicopter by a 10K persons community even for 200KUSD, this is full time job for a few ppl with well profiled education for several months, but 16h/.day. Or 300 years 1000 ppl 3h/.day.
However, it could be that those objects are mash-up of loose components.
In this case, heli ap for a few KUSD then airframe a few kusd, gimbal a few kusd then a few kusd margin for integration, sales outlet and you get the price.

You can trace all products to something and then sum up the time spent on it, roughly.
On the other hand Clairvyoance price is interesting. You can get cropcam and pteryx below that price.
I htink It is military pricing using the components otherwise used for a chinese military UAV (but not this airframe), therefore they kept the price apparently.
