Outback Challenge featured in tonights show of Catalyst in Australia

"A group of aeronautics enthusiasts are attempting to meet the challenge of unmanned flight. Paul Willis dropped in to check out the annual UAV challenge in Queensland. Planes will crash and burn, some won't leave the ground, but will Outback Joe be saved for the very first time?"

  • I see he all the challengers werent completed all up thou, next event will be happening in 2012, Hopefully will be leading a New Zealand team over the ditch, with a brand new design and custom aerofoil, look out aussies here come the kiwi's........

  • I agree Gary, I'm going up there to just watch (not a competition type of guy) and I suspect there will be a few teams that complete the challenge.
