Pixhawk Infographic

Hi everyone!

I would like to introduce to you the final "Pixhawk Infographic" that I have been working on for a while now... it illustrates some of the tips I have learned over the past few years and shows the components that I would like to use in my own personal quadcopter design.

For the full resolution image please go here (thanks to Gary McCray): http://copter.ardupilot.com/wiki/advanced-pixhawk-quadcopter-wiring-chart/

In my next blog post I would also like to release some of the original individual PNG graphics for anyone who wants to use them in their own diagrams! Hopefully some of this can be used in the wiki!

I would appreciate it if any mistakes in the Infographic could also be pointed out so that I can make adjustments!

Best regards,

Jethro.

  • I traced out many of the components and the filled them in layer by layer

You are very patient =) Is it possible to provide the Paint.net file (.pdn) ? (maybe by mail or another methode).
I am building a drone for a school project, however I do not include all parts for the moment (GPS, Telemetry,..), so I will be able to remove it to correspond with my build. Of course I will not remove your name ("Illustrated by Jethro Hazelhurst")

  • Thanks Florent! I used paint.net which is free and made heavy use of the layer and gradient tools. I traced out many of the components and the filled them in layer by layer... I will be releasing all of the individual PNG images soon so if you want to make use/modify them then they will be there for you.

  • Hi Jethro,

Thank you for reminding me of the Windows Zoom thing, On mine you have to hold down the control key and use the scroll wheel.

  • Great, thanks for the positive feedback, there is still a lot of work to be done... I am glad that this is helping people!
