I have been talking with Lorenz Meier about the PX4 and wanted to add a very quick blog post for the UK & EU PX4 Autopilot users, I have added the PX4 FMU to the store in the past few days, the range of connectors and cables will be growing long with any other parts that are needed in the future.
I have also managed to source the AR Drones 1.0 shells which means that you can add the PX4 direct into the AR Drone and be up and flying without the need to strip out the parts they normally come with! I hope this will help with quicker shipping inside the EU for all parts PX4.
If you have any other "needs" or "wants" please do let me know as I will be looking to stock all the PX4 parts in the near future.
Regards
Martin.

@Carlo,
I don't believe that the PX4 can be integrated with the ARParrot's cameras. The shell, motors props are ARParrot but the electronics including all sensors are all on the px4.
Hi all,
I'd like to use ARdrone 2.0 shell with PX4.
I want to use a traditional radio TX and i want to use all the data from the sensors and from the two cameras.
Does anybody know if this is possibile?
@ Randy, yes I was lucky I have some very good friends in the industry that have stepped up here to help, I looked and that frame and parts if sold in "parts" it's nearly £300 for the "shell" kit I have in the store, that is a lot of money for people to pay out, and the stripping of "good" parts from a full AR Drone just did not add up! I have no idea if these are going to move, however I do hope they will prove to be useful to the PX4 users.
@ Gary, thank you :)
@ Jonek, I have only just started out, however there is a number of links on the PX4 site to other air frames, if you look here: https://pixhawk.ethz.ch/px4/airframes/start it looks like there has been some flame wheel frames used.
I'm very new to the AR drone movement; I would love some feedback on the props / motors etc., what is damaged easy when doing some flights which end in a wall or tree etc. I pulled one of them out of the box, the props and motors look very well protected by the foam ring.

Martin.
Does anybody know about any non-AR Drone PX4 build logs?
Nice one Martin
Wow, nicely done on getting AR Parrot Drone shells without the electronics!
