The drawings I've made in Rhinoceros; very simple and useful tool. After watching few tutorials I was able to draw this project.

Prototype, the surface not finished yet.

  • Jose, hollow shaft in the engine and in to opposite sensor shaft allows threaded wires. COG adjustment possible - oval holes for the screws. All hidden inside.

  • No room for cable release with Olympus, no COG adjstment?... anyway beautiful :)

  • Nice

  • That is a truly beautiful design... will it take a Black Magic Micro Cinema cam?

  • John, at the moment 10 pcs during tests fly then serial production will be run.

  • Slick, to say the least!

Tested on Sony rx100, which seems on some of your pictures? Do you plan to commercialize it?

  • Jesus, true it was my concern how to deal with nice view and practical usage. In the cf structure after deep analysis of COG Ive designed some "stadion" holes for adjustment and it is enough for common size of cameras.

  • Hi

It really looks amazing. Very sporty look.

I am curious about how you balance it from one camera to another. One of the main things a gimbal needs to work well is a good weight balance.

    Cheers

  • awesome looking design, even the commercial ones are dust against it.

How did you manage to work with carbon for a personal project?

Doesn't that need industrial machinery(extreme heat) and specialized handling skills?

I am afraid to work with even fibre glass on CNC. Was happy with wood and plastic till now. But looking at that all my prusa and shapeoko worked items seem like trashcan stuff :-(

  • Proszę bardzo Władku :)
