Russian companies FilmAndFly & 66site.ru produced two Aerial 360 panoramas of Yekaterinburg from hexacopter.

    I've recently made one of Tarragona (Catalonia, still in Spain): http://pan0.net/upano.php?id=3788 It's not so glamorous, but it's a 360º aerial panorama ;)

    Hmm, below I can see water. Plus you will have to use zoom and therefore change the perspective. Moreover, clouds will in different place. Of clouds this could be photoshoped but I thought that they supposed to make 6 photos (for 90 FOV, or much more for narrower lenses).
