Hi All,
Before posting an issue or a problem in the ArduRover Discussion Forum, please check the wiki table of contents, review the firmware release notes in the subforum, and search that subforum for existing answers to your question. Help avoid duplicate threads by finding other members with the same issue and their solution.
When formulating your post, use a descriptive title such as "rover will not navigate to waypoints in the Auto mode" (not "HELP!" or "Problem").
Please include the following information to help diagnose your query:
- Describe the problem you are having. What is the expected verses the observed behavior?
- Provide hardware information such as the brand and version of your autopilot, GPS, radio, and compass, as well as any other pertinent details about your rover setup.
- What version of the APM: ArdurRover2 firmware version are you running?
- For navigation issues, provide your tlog and/or dataflash log. Click here for instructions on retrieving a dataflash log.

@wraith,
It may be a while before Tridge has a version that is not alpha and has been beta tested and can be loaded by the MP. In the meantime you can compile and load the alpha code with the Arudpilot Arduino IDE 1.0.3 as discussed below.

hi all, just wondering wat i need to buy since i gota make an order for female-female jumpers. im building a tank and i got sabertooth controller runing 12vdc motors from 2 car batterys. i dont hav a battery for the ardupilot im wondering wat type more then likely a small type since in future id put on wireless cam and a servo and ultrasonic sensor, do i need a power module at all ? i only considered that coz of the 6 pos connector to easily connect the ardupilot.il b using the ardurover stuff aswell.i could however use the 5vdc from the sabertooth but if i dont hav to then i wont, just trying to seperate as much as i can.
Hi All,
I would like to inform the membership that Tridge, Linus, and myself have held our first ArduRover code update/enhancement meeting today. Our goal is to adjust the existing code to reflect the ArduRover operating environment and performance requirements.
We have begun this process by identifying ArduPlane operating parameters that are not germain to ArduRover operation and either eliminating them or modifying them to enhance ArduRover performance.
It will probably take several more meetings before we can release a reasonably enhanced, bug free version of the code. Tridge has this really neat simulator where the changes in the code can be verified in realtime. This will save substantial time when verifying code changes and their effect on rover performance.
We have developed a list of bug/enhancement issues that we will be addressing in the future to improve ArduRover operational performance. Those issues can be found here: https://github.com/diydrones/ardupilot/issues
We will try to provide weekly updates as we burn down the bug isses and implement the performance enhancements.

TCIII
